The committee should ensure to consider the followings:
- Students seeking admission on their parents transfer should produce all the necessary documents
besides the photocopy of the transfer order and I.D card of their parents. - Students from the district may be admitted based on availability of the seat.
- Students coming from more than one hour walking distances will be given boarding facilities.
- Detained students in the same class (IX and XI) will be given a single chance to repeat and enjoy boarding facilities.
Failing consecutively for two years in the same class, the student will be denied admission the third year. - No student will be allowed to drop without a genuine reason and information to the school.
If student drops out without proper permission from the authority, they will not be given admission the next year. - Admission procedures are completed at the time of admission.
- All the documents are signed by all the committee members.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMISSION COMMITTEE:
- Fixing and announcing the admission date.
- Conducting interview and ensuring the admission as per the education policy.
- Verifying the documents and enrolling in the admission register.
- Distributing the students to different classes.
- Determining boardership.
- Admit students based on the admission policy.
- Allotting class and house to the candidate.
