The mission of Scouting is to contribute to the education of young people through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Rover Master (CHSS) :
- Submit a copy of Rovers action plan to BSA and DEO, Chukha Dzongkhag.
- To coordinate the Rovers action plan.
- To ensure the objectives of Rovers are achieved
- To help the rover members in performing their tasks.
Objectives :
- To provide opportunities to students to explore their interests, abilities and innate talent.
- To provide platform to share their ideas and skills.
- To help them acquire life skills through team work.
- To socialize and develop interpersonal relationship
- To develop positive attitude and cultivate a sense of responsibility
- To encourage the rover members to bring about personal, physical, spiritual, and emotional development.
